(5) the suction height is too high, or the suction tank appears vacuum. The treatment is to reduce the suction height; check the suction tank pressure.
3. Sewage pump after discharge interruption, the reasons and treatment methods are as follows:
(1) the suction pipe leaks. The method of handling is to check the connection of the suction side pipe and the packing letter.
(2) irrigation pump when the suction side of the gas is not discharged. The treatment method is required to re-pump the pump.
(3) the suction side is suddenly blocked by foreign body. The treatment method is to stop the pump to deal with foreign matter.
(4) inhale a large amount of gas. Treatment is to check whether the suction vortex, submerged depth is too shallow.
4. Insufficient traffic, reasons and treatment are as follows:
(1) with 2,3. The approach is to take the appropriate measures.
(2) system static lift increased. The treatment method is to check the liquid height and system pressure.
(3) increased resistance loss. Treatment is to check the pipeline and check valve and other obstacles.
(4) shell and impeller ring wear too large. The treatment is to replace or repair the wear ring and impeller.
